We will implement the three-year action plan for the prevention and control of key endemic diseases, and strive to effectively control and eliminate the hazards of endemic diseases by 2020. We should continue to strengthen the prevention and control of traditional infectious diseases, and maintain a high degree of vigilance against new infectious diseases, so as to achieve early detection, early reporting and early prevention and control. We will continue to standardize vaccination services to ensure vaccination safety.

    3、 Take reform as the driving force to further enhance the people's sense of health gain and happiness

At present, deepening medical reform has entered an important period from laying a foundation to improving quality, from forming a framework to system construction, and from single breakthrough to comprehensive promotion. The first is to deepen the reform of public hospitals, improve the follow-up compensation measures for zero difference of drugs, deepen the price reform of medical services, accelerate the establishment of a salary system in line with the characteristics of the industry, establish a modern hospital management system, and implement the president responsibility system under the leadership of the Party committee, so as to lead the high-quality development of the hospital.
