Yin Xuejun, Chairman and President, is a member of the communist party of China. Now, he is the chairman and president of the China Nuclear Qingda Holdings Ltd(Shenzhen), Qingda Holdings Ltd(Shenzhen) and Shenzhen Jirun Cultural Travel Operation and Development Co, Ltd. He is the founder of Global Industrial Chain Services Network. He Graduated from Jiangxi University of Technology in 1994.After 2003; he studied at the School of Fine Arts, Tsinghua University. He Holds the title of National Registered Architect, Registered Town Planner, Engineer, Senior Member of China Institute of Architecture.
In 2006, he worked in the Tsinghua Tongfang and he was responsible for the construction of Shenzhen Tongfang Information Port Construction Business.
2008-2011.He Served in Guangdong Economic and Trade Commission and he was responsible for business guidance work such as "emptying the cage, removing the bird"(section chief rank)
2011-2016.He entered Tongfang Information Technology Co. Ltd as general manager of investment center and secretary of regional party branch.
2012-2017.He established Shenzhen Jirun Technology Co. Ltd as executive director and general manager.
From 2017 to August 2018,he Served as president of China Nuclear Qingda(Shenzhen) Holdings Co., Ltd, chairman and president of Qingda Holdings(Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., and chairman and president of Shenzhen Jirun Cultural Travel Operation and Development Co. Ltd.
In August 2018, he Served as Chairman and president of China Nuclear Qingda(Shenzhen) Holdings Co., Ltd, Qingda Holdings(Shenzhen) Co, Ltd and Shenzhen Jirun Cultural Travel Operation and Development Co, Ltd.
In August 2018, He served as assistant to the president of the Urban Construction magazine of the SASAC direct management agency, and director of the Guangdong Business Development Center (assistant department level).
